Tom Heck

Tom Heck possesses extensive experience in various leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic development and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a First Flight Navigator at First Flight Venture Center and Head of Clinical Partnerships at BioBridges, Tom has engineered plans for market introduction and growth initiatives post-merger. As a Member of the Board of Directors for Farm Bureau Insurance and Est/Their International, Tom engages in legislative and strategic advisory capacities, championing causes for public benefit and women's empowerment. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at PrudentRx and Entera Health, where Tom led major restructuring and founded a gastroenterology-focused company, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Mercalis, President of RxSolutions, and Vice President of Licensing & Acquisitions at Victory Pharma. Tom holds a BS in Business from the University of South Carolina.
