Steve Workman has extensive work experience in various positions related to operations, supply chain management, and continuous improvement. Steve started their career in 1984 as a Self Employed individual at UNIGATE DAIRIES LIMITED. Steve then joined Team Toyota Auto Group in 1991 as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 1993, they joined Ingersoll Rand as the European Distribution Manager. Starting from 1998, they worked at Valeo in roles such as Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Director Of Continuous Improvement, and North America Operations & Supply Chain Manager. In 2017, they joined The Crosby Group as the Supply Chain & Operations Excellence Manager and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Operations at BioCare, a position they took on in 2020.
