Ayala Alon

Ayala Alon is an experienced program manager currently leading initiatives at BioCatch since November 2019. With a robust background in engineering program management from roles at Micro Focus and HP Software, Alon has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and developing product integration strategies. Significant accomplishments include establishing a new concept for product integrations at HP Software and creating testing frameworks that enhance quality assurance processes. Alon's early career at Mercury Interactive involved designing features and implementing thorough testing strategies, showcasing a strong foundation in both functional architecture and quality assurance engineering. Alon holds a B.A. in Management from The Open University of Israel and additional education from The College of Management Academic Studies.
