Itay Salmun

Itay Salmun is a Data Scientist at BioCatch since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in data science and algorithm development. Previously, Itay served as the Data Science Team Lead at ParKam from July 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included leading a data science team and developing state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms. Earlier, from May 2014 to July 2016, Itay worked as an Algorithm Engineer at ACLP - Afeka Center for Language Processing, focusing on speech processing and machine learning techniques for applications such as speaker diarization and recognition. Itay began the career as a "Psychometric" Instructor at High Q in 2008. Itay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2009 and 2013.
