Victor Reges, PMP®, currently serves as the Latam Senior Engagement Manager at BioCatch since June 2023. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at Verint, where Victor held roles such as Sr. North America and Latam Services Manager and North America and Latam Services Manager, overseeing global teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through resource management, escalation management, and program implementation. Previous positions include Project Manager at Care Plus and various roles at Wittel Comunicações, contributing to project management, service delivery, and customer relationship management. Victor holds an MBA in Project Management from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Managed Information Systems from Uninove, complemented by multiple certifications in project and process management methodologies.
