Prior to this, Lars worked at Nature Energy, Fors A/S, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and other companies in roles such as Plant Manager, Senior Specialist, and Technician, showcasing their expertise in plant optimization, maintenance, and operations support. With a degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering, Lars has a strong educational background to support their extensive professional experience in the field.
