Lauren Panetta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they worked as a Production Coordinator and Graphic Designer in the Development Department of San Diego Zoo Global, where they designed and coordinated the printing and distribution of promotional materials, collaborated with the web design team, and managed the production of newsletters. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Communications Specialist at Biocom, collaborating with the Director of Communications on new media communications and designing print and digital collateral. Lauren then joined CONNECT - San Diego as an Assistant Director of Production & Marketing from 2010 to 2013, where they led the creative design of various media and managed print production and distribution. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as Director of Marketing, Corporate Partnerships at MD Revolution, playing a role in creating a new medical specialty in digital health and empowering individuals to make lifestyle changes. In 2016, they returned to Biocom and held the positions of Associate Director of Marketing and Senior Manager, Communications and Marketing, leading marketing and communication efforts to support life science companies. Since 2023, they have served as the Creative Director at Biocom California.

Lauren Panetta attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2007. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communication, with a specialization in Design Reproduction Technology.
