Seth Levy

Seth Levy is an Intellectual Property and Tech Transfer Attorney with extensive experience in patent law, technology licensing, and transactional matters. They have served on various boards, including the It Gets Better Project and the ACLU of Southern California, while holding advisory positions within organizations such as the California Technology Council and Biocom. Currently, Levy is a Partner and Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader at Nixon Peabody, and they also serve as Vice President of the Better Together Animal Alliance. Levy earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School.
