Stephen Hatke

Stephen Hatke is a leader in manufacturing operations with extensive experience in directing large clinical and commercial manufacturing. Currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Site Head for the Thousand Oaks facility, they oversee the development of cell therapies and recombinant proteins. Previously, they held senior roles at Takeda and Amgen, managing significant teams and driving operational excellence, compliance, and strategic planning. Stephen earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University, and they currently serve on the Board of Directors for Biocom California.
