Ruby Nahar

Ruby Nahar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Associate Manager for Total Rewards at Biocon Biologics since August 2023, where involvement includes global HR policy formulation for 23 countries and system implementation of SAP Success Factors. Previously, Ruby held the position of HR Manager at Wunderman Thompson during a merger, managed HR operations for Singapore at Global Indian International School, and assisted in the entire employee life cycle at Bates CHI&Partners. In earlier roles, Ruby acted as an HR Business Partner at Indigo Airlines and HCL Technologies and began a career as an HR executive at Infosys BPO. Ruby has a strong educational background with an MBA in Human Resources from IBS Hyderabad and a BSc in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, complemented by an HR Analytics Certificate from Singapore Management University.
