Aditya Dhamdhere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Regional Director at Biocon since January 2009, overseeing the API and FDF business across diverse regions including Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, South & Far East Asia, and Japan. Previous roles at Biocon include Regional Head, General Manager, Senior Director, Associate Director, and Senior Manager, contributing to both B2B and B2C operations for branded generics and API businesses. Prior to Biocon, Aditya Dhamdhere worked at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Manager focused on B2B business in Eastern Europe and North Africa.
