Pramod Kumar has extensive experience in supply chain management, distribution, and logistics within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Distribution and Logistics at Biocon since April 2009, Pramod Kumar oversees all supply chain activities for the healthcare business across India and SAARC countries. Prior experience includes the role of General Manager and Head of Distribution & Logistics, focusing on purchase and sourcing strategies, vendor development, inventory management, and quality management. Earlier positions include Distribution Manager at LUPIN LIMITED, managing logistics for the North and East zones, and Deputy Distribution Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, overseeing operations in Lucknow and Patna. Pramod Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from L.S. College, Muzaffarpur.
