Rohini Devi B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and information technology. Currently serving as Associate Director at Biocon since July 2023, Rohini previously held the position of HCM Lead at IFFCO Group from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing the HCM application stack and serving as a business partner for requirement elicitation and project delivery.
