Ayhan Eroglu is currently a Teamlead in Material Management at BioConnection and a dedicated Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer, sharing a deep passion for coffee with others. Since 2011, Ayhan has owned Rocaccino, a coffee bar specializing in various brewing techniques, and has operated a mobile coffee truck, Rocky, from 2013 to 2018. Ayhan continues to expand knowledge and skills in the coffee industry while pursuing education in detail and wholesale trade at Koning Willem I College.
