Milind Shah is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and business sectors with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently, Shah serves as Senior Advisor at BioConnexUS and Advisor at Arogya Finance, while also holding the position of Venture Partner for Healthcare at Capria Ventures. As the founder of StratLead Advisors LLP, Shah provides strategic consulting services focused on business model innovation and leadership development within healthcare and other sectors. Prior to these roles, Shah was the Managing Director and Vice President at Medtronic India, and held leadership positions at Henkel Loctite and 3M India. Shah's academic credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
