Florence PY

Florence PY is currently a Co-Gérante at Biocoop Grasse, Le Rouret and Boulangerie Pâtisserie Rose Bio, where they manage stores that focus on 100% organic products, including artisanal pastries and locally sourced items. Previously, they served as a Global Sales Coordinator and Account Manager at MANE from 2007 to 2019. They also held the position of Product Manager at Givaudan from 2005 to 2007. Florence earned a Master’s degree in Agroalimentaire from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and a Post Master Degree in Business Management from IGIA.
