Nicolas Dauvé

Nicolas Dauvé currently serves as Chargé de R&D emballages at Biocoop since January 2020, focusing on transforming packaging strategies to achieve a "Zero Waste" goal through circularity initiatives, with responsibilities spanning strategy, piloting, and support. Prior to this, Nicolas held the position of Chef de projet packaging at SCAMARK from August 2008 to January 2020, ensuring the quality of packaging for over 1,000 food products under various private labels. Earlier experiences include a packaging technician internship at Loeul et Piriot SAS, where a project on reducing secondary packaging waste was undertaken, and a role at Lactalis Nestlé, conducting studies on loss reduction in packaging lines. Nicolas completed a professional license in Packaging from Université Montpellier 2 and a DUT in Agro-Food and Biological Industry from Université d'Angers.
