Xavier Marga

Xavier Marga is the current director of Biocoop Nantes Cité des congrès, where they lead a cooperative model focused on organic agriculture and equitable social practices. Previously, they co-founded Cartel Ocho Mezcaleria, the first mezcal bar in France, and served as a consultant and territorial developer for URSCOP, supporting the creation and transformation of cooperative enterprises. With a background in event project management and network development for Biocoop SA, Xavier has been actively engaged in promoting cooperative entrepreneurship and sustainable practices.
