주화 신 is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Beautyselection. They previously worked at ENlighten as the Head of HR/HRBP and held leadership roles in HR at broccoli and Gowid, where they oversaw HR management and personnel settings for new subsidiaries.
