Marcin Pol is a Software Team Leader with over 15 years of experience in programming, particularly in C# and C++. Currently leading a development team at Cenevo, Marcin focuses on enhancing user experience and improving project management standards through Agile methodologies. Marcin's extensive background includes roles as a C# Software Developer at Titian Software and technical director of the CLARIN-PL project at Politechnika Wrocławska.
