BIODIVERSITY is an environmental consultancy based in Iași, Romania, specializing in biodiversity assessment and in environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) for renewable energy projects.
We provide the scientific foundation behind green energy development: field studies, biodiversity assessments, flora and fauna monitoring, and complete environmental documentation, from appropriate assessment studies to full ESIA, including the social component.
We hold particular expertise in protected natural areas and Natura 2000 sites, where balancing energy infrastructure with the conservation of natural value demands scientific rigor and field experience.
Our experience in numbers:

50+ wind farms assessed
1,000+ turbines
10+ solar projects, totaling over 2.4 GW
1 GW of battery storage (BESS)
projects across 5 countries in Europe, the Caucasus, and North Africa

We work with developers, investors, and international consultancies to turn renewable energy projects into outcomes that are responsible toward the environment and local communities.
