Elly Knight

Co-Director, Boreal Avian Modelling Centre

Elly Knight is the Co-Director of the Boreal Avian Modelling Centre, where they focus on multi-scale research in conservation ecology, particularly regarding birds. They possess a diverse background, having worked as a Project Biologist at Spencer Environmental and a Quantitative Ecologist for both the Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute and the Boreal Avian Modelling Project. Elly holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Alberta, along with an M.Sc. in Biological Sciences from Simon Fraser University and a B.Sc. in Biology with Distinction from the University of Victoria.
