Brian Farber

Brian Farber has over 30 years of work experience in the field of service and support management. Brian currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Support at BioDot, Inc, where they are responsible for developing and executing the global service and support strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Service, Molecular Imaging at Bruker Biospin, where they developed the global service strategy for the Molecular Imaging Division. Brian also worked at BioDot as the World Wide Service Manager, where they managed the service team and developed the organization's service structure. Before that, they served as the Western Regional Service Manager at Caliper Life Sciences, where they were responsible for revenue growth and customer relationship management. Brian started their career at Instrumentation Laboratory as a Field Service Engineer and later held various roles including Western Regional Service Manager and National Service Marketing Manager. Throughout their career, Brian has effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams, implemented strategic plans, and maintained strong relationships with customers and employees.

Brian Farber has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University. Brian also has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Carestream Health.
