Tamara G. has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Head of PMO at BIOGARAN since June 2011. In this role, Tamara oversees a portfolio of 25 active projects with an annual commitment of €10 million, engaging multiple departments and managing a team of operational project managers. Key accomplishments include the establishment of formal project governance, enhancing budget transparency, and standardizing project methodologies across the organization. Previously, Tamara held roles including Responsable Coordination Commerciale and Coordinateur Commercial, focusing on the implementation of commercial policies and process improvements. Tamara also gained valuable experience as a research intern at INSERM and holds multiple Master's degrees in Project Management and Animal Physiology from Pierre and Marie Curie University and IONIS STM.
