Ashley Anderson, MBA, possesses extensive experience in learning and development within the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at Biogen since May 2014. Previous positions at Biogen include roles as Senior Manager of Culture & Engagement, Human Resources Manager, and Learning Consultant, focusing on delivering global learning programs and supporting new employee orientation.
