Cecelia Yoder

Cecelia Yoder has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and government relations, beginning as a Legislative Intern for Senator Karen Spilka at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where research on legislative issues and constituent positions took place. Yoder progressed to roles such as Regulatory Affairs Associate and Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, and Manager of US Regulatory Affairs at Biogen. Previous positions include Government Relations and Policy Assistant at Boston After School & Beyond, where Yoder coordinated lobbying strategies, and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable, where mediation of consumer disputes occurred. An undergraduate research assistant role at Northeastern University focused on nanotechnology patents and telecommunications policy.
