Charlene Wheeler

Charlene Wheeler is currently the Director, US Regulatory Lead at Biogen, where they serve as a primary contact for regulatory matters concerning marketed products and key developmental programs. Previously, they held several positions in clinical project management and regulatory health, including Chief of Project Management Staff at the FDA and Clinical Project Manager at Eurofins Medinet. Charlene earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Research Administration and is pursuing a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Their background is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech.
