Chuck Shih

Chuck Shih is an experienced professional in rare disease market access and reimbursement, currently serving as the Head of Pricing, Policy & Contracts at Biogen. They have held various significant roles, including Senior Officer of Specialty Drugs at The Pew Charitable Trusts and Analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Chuck has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. They earned a Ph.D. in Health Economics and a Master's in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins, as well as a Bachelor's in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
