Colleen Ray

Colleen Ray is an operations leader with extensive experience in commercial field builds, operations, and program management. Currently serving as the President & Director of the Jean Ray Scholarship Fund, they oversee strategic planning, fundraising, and program management to empower students and support community initiatives. Colleen also leads the External Stakeholder Engagement Operations at Biogen, where they manage a global team focused on stakeholder engagement, compliance, and process improvement. A passionate advocate of servant leadership, they excel in fostering collaboration and delivering impactful results. Colleen holds a B.S. in Recreation Management from the University of New Hampshire.
