Drew Duncan

Drew Duncan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global HR Business Leader at Biogen since August 2015, Drew oversees HR strategies for over 1,000 global manufacturing and technical operations employees, driving the People and Culture Strategy to align with business needs. Previous roles in Biogen included Associate Director, providing HR support for drug substance facilities, and supporting a new small molecule manufacturing facility post-acquisition. Prior to Biogen, Drew held significant HR positions at Eisai from June 2005 to August 2015, including Global Unit HR Director for Oncology and Partnership Management, where Drew led talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. Earlier experience includes various HR management roles at Eastman Kodak Company. Drew holds an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, an MS in Organizational Change & Leadership from Pfeiffer University, and a BA in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
