Eiichi Naka

Eiichi Naka is a Senior Director and currently heads the Rare Diseases (SMA) Business Unit for Japan at Biogen. Naka has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles at Novartis Pharma, where they managed various brand and marketing divisions, as well as leading the Japan Liaison Office for Global Business Development. Prior to their current position, Naka served as the Director of the Hemophilia Business Unit at Biogen, focusing on building new business franchises. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Hokkaido University.
