Eric Eilers

Eric Eilers has significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Regional Accounts, Market Access, and Reimbursement at Biogen since August 2018. Prior to that, Eilers spent over 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company, where roles included Senior Director of Integrated Health, Senior Director of Sales, and Regional Director of Account Managers, focusing on a $580M portfolio in neuroscience, diabetes, and other therapeutic areas. Eilers also contributed to training and leadership development for a new hospital-based division, alongside an earlier role as an Account Manager in Managed Care. Eilers holds an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and an Executive Leadership Program certification from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BBA in Marketing & Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
