Eric Tse

Eric Tse is a culture and performance-focused biopharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several leading companies. They served as a Product Manager at CIBA Vision and later held multiple positions at Novartis, including Brand Director for Lucentis. After leading Canadian Pharmaceuticals at Bausch & Lomb, they became Vice President & General Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals before consulting independently. Currently, Eric is the Vice President & General Manager at Biogen. They earned an MBA in General Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Queen's University.
