Fiona Tigar

Fiona Tigar is currently the Head of External Affairs and Policy at Biogen, bringing extensive experience in healthcare communications, strategic advocacy, and government relations. They previously held key roles at Bayer, where they provided strategic communications counsel, and at Roche Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca as a PR Manager and Head of Communications, respectively. Fiona also served as Managing Director at Roar Communications and Director at Hill & Knowlton, contributing to various health-related organizations. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from Curtin University and are pursuing a Master's degree in Health Policy and Planning at the University of Sydney.
