Hannah Moore

Hannah Moore is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as TA Lead for Research, Development, and Worldwide Medical at Biogen since August 2017, Hannah is responsible for designing and overseeing talent acquisition strategies while leading a diverse team to enhance recruiting solutions through data insights and analytics. Previously, Hannah has held roles as a TA Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Chief of Staff at Biogen, focusing on developing innovative talent attraction strategies and managing global hiring initiatives for the Alzheimer's franchise. Prior to Biogen, Hannah worked at Aerotek Scientific as a Recruiter and Account Manager, specializing in the placement of scientific professionals, and has experience as an undergraduate researcher at Hofstra University and a volunteer in cancer care at Mercy Medical Center. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hofstra University.
