Irma Ramos

Irma Ramos possesses extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Site Head for Parenteral Filling and Large Scale Manufacturing at Biogen since October 2021. Prior to this, Irma held the position of Director of Operations at Novartis, overseeing operations at the North Carolina Solids Manufacturing Site from February 2017 to December 2021. Irma's career includes significant roles at Sandoz Novartis as Director of Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence, and Director of Technical Operations, as well as serving as Director of Tech Support at Amgen, where responsibilities included managing Cell Culture Operations and overseeing Deviation and Risk Management. Irma's career began with McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals, where the role of Project Supervisor was held from 1989 to 2003.
