They began their career as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 1996, and later held multiple key positions at Biogen from 1999 to 2011, including Senior Manufacturing Manager and Associate Director. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University, completing their studies in 1992.
