Jing Wang

Jing Wang is a Senior Scientist at Biogen since March 2020, previously holding positions as Scientist II and Scientist I, focusing on biology leadership. Prior to Biogen, Jing Wang worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School from October 2015 to March 2020, contributing to research on re-myelination of regenerated axons in the optic nerve system under Prof. Zhigang He. Jing Wang's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University at Buffalo and a Master's degree in Pharmacology from Sichuan University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Jing Wang also held leadership roles, serving as President of the Pharmacology and Toxicology Graduate Student Association, where initiatives included inviting guest speakers and enhancing academic skills among graduate students, and as Vice President of the Young Volunteers Association at Sichuan University, where Jing Wang contributed to publishing the club's first brochure.
