Jon Hager

Jon Hager is an IT Senior Manager at Biogen, where they focus on IT Service Management and are passionate about developing creative solutions to complex business problems. With a career spanning several organizations, Jon served as an IT Engineer at American Management Systems from 1992 to 2004, followed by roles as Service Manager at Cisco, IT Manager at CACI, and Principal at MetLife before joining Biogen in 2019. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and performing with their classic rock band.
