Jennifer L. Lyons, M.D. is an accomplished medical professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Medical Safety at Biogen since June 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Global Medical Safety MS Therapeutic Area. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at Biogen, including Executive Medical Director and Senior Medical Director. From July 2013 to June 2018, Jennifer was affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital as Director of the Division of Neurological Infections and Inflammatory Diseases and served as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. Jennifer earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree through an extensive educational background that includes training at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and Georgetown University School of Medicine.
