Michael Ardis

Michael Ardis is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Lead Case Manager for Rare Disease at Biogen since November 2007. In this role, Michael specializes in developing solutions to eliminate non-clinical barriers for patients and caregivers, ensuring a seamless experience in the Patient Services process. Previously, Michael held positions at Biogen as a Senior Hemophilia Case Manager, overseeing a thirteen-state territory for patients with Hemophilia A and B, and as a Neurology Case Manager where strong relationships with sales teams and healthcare providers were established. Prior to Biogen, Michael worked as a Guide Dog Instructor at The Seeing Eye, focusing on training dogs and educating clients about guide dog usage. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey and has also pursued education at the University of the Arts.
