Mike Malmberg

Mike Malmberg is an accomplished EHS Manager at Biogen, where they lead various safety programs and manage an occupational health clinic for over 800 employees. Previously, they served as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at the Colleges of the Fenway, where they co-founded a pandemic response task force and provided safety leadership across multiple academic institutions. With extensive experience in biosafety and emergency management, Mike has been a pivotal figure in high-risk safety environments, including overseeing operations at an Ebola laboratory. They also volunteer as an Emergency Responder with the Marlborough Emergency Management Agency.
