Nadjia D.

Nadjia D. currently serves as the Global Head of IT for Biosimilars and Regional Head of IT for Europe at Biogen, while also holding roles as Chair of Biogen's Women Impact Network Europe and Co-founder of the first US DE&I Council at Biogen. With a strong background in IT leadership, Nadjia D. has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and contract negotiations, along with a focus on driving digital innovation in healthcare. In addition to current roles, Nadjia D. is a Non-Executive Board Director for The Small Village Botswana, a Founding Member at The Boardroom, and a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. Previous positions include Global Head of Sales and Compliance Systems at Takeda, and various roles at IDBS, including Global Operations Manager. Nadjia D. holds an International Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and has completed several leadership programs, emphasizing a commitment to female empowerment and diversity in leadership.
