Nicholas Everage

Nicholas Everage, PhD, serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Epidemiology at Biogen, where responsibilities include leading a team of 13 in epidemiology and real-world evidence from early research through post-marketing. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various positions within Biogen, including Director and Associate Director of Epidemiology, focusing on strategic epidemiologic consulting for marketed therapies and the design of post-marketing studies. Nicholas's career includes experience as an Epidemiologist at Optum Epidemiology, contributing to complex safety studies for major Pharma and Biotech companies, as well as work with the Rhode Island Department of Health on asthma data analysis. Early career experience includes project management and training roles at IQVIA. Nicholas holds a PhD, ScM, and AB in Epidemiology and Community Health from Brown University.
