Nikki Wright

Nikki Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Associate Director, Global Learning & Development at Biogen since January 2011. In this role, Nikki designs and facilitates learning programs tailored to meet organizational needs and acts as a performance consultant to enhance business objectives. Previous positions include Senior Manager of both Global Learning & People Development and Leadership Development at Biogen, as well as Manager of Learning & Development at AXA Equitable, where Nikki coordinated development programs and created training materials. Additionally, Nikki has experience managing global diversity initiatives and consulting for Japanese companies in the U.S. with expertise in Japanese language and culture. An educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and an MA in Japanese Studies from SOAS University of London.
