Rafael Murillo

Rafael Murillo has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Area Business Manager at Biogen Idec since January 2010. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Hospital Sales Representative in Immunology at New MSD for a brief period and held similar positions at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca, contributing to sales from 1994 to 2009. Additional early experience includes a role as a Medical Information Delegate at Laboratorios Azevedos and a brief position at Prospa Pharmaceutical. Rafael pursued studies in Business Management at Universidade Lusiada Porto between 1989 and 1992, although the degree was not completed.
