Robert Pierce

Robert Pierce has over two decades of experience in finance and corporate planning, currently serving as the Head of International Finance at Biogen Idec since August 2001. Prior roles at Biogen Idec include Sr. Director of Corporate Planning & Finance, Director of Corporate Development, Director of Neurology Business Planning, Chief of Staff & Marketing for the Neurology Business Unit, and Associate Director of Business Development. Prior to Biogen Idec, Robert Pierce worked as a Consultant at Scient from 2000 to 2001. Robert Pierce holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Harvard Business School (1998-2000) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering (1987-1991).
