Simon Beck

Simon Beck possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Medical Head for Middle East, Africa, Russia/CIS, and Turkey at Biogen since July 2017. Previously held the position of Medical Director for the UK and Ireland. Prior roles include Company Director at SCB Healthcare Ltd, Global Head of Field Medical Strategy & Effectiveness at AbbVie, and various executive positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities encompassed Middle Eastern and European medical affairs. Simon Beck also held leadership roles at Allergan, Novartis, SmithKline Beecham, and Marion Merrell Dow, specializing in areas such as neurology, rheumatology, and oncology. Simon Beck earned an MB ChB degree in Medicine from the University of Birmingham Medical School.
