Steven Parker

Steven Parker is a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience in technology management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager in Research & Development IT and Cybersecurity at Biogen since April 2013, Steven has developed and led the Technology Supplier Relationship Management Program, overseeing key performance metrics for technology partners. Previously, at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Steven built a global procurement systems group, and at Arbella Insurance Group, Steven established a technology sourcing practice. Additional roles include Director of Technology Sourcing at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where Steven initiated IT procurement procedures, and Senior Technology Sourcing Manager at RBS Citizens North America, where Steven developed sourcing strategies for various divisions. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Keene State College, Steven possesses a strong foundation in vendor relationship management and strategic sourcing, underpinned by progressive leadership roles since 1985.
