Terry Smith

Terry Smith has extensive experience in information technology and business systems within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Site Lead for IT at Biogen since March 2015, overseeing IT operations for two sites and remote warehouses. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Systems Analysis at Biogen, Independent Consultant, and various leadership positions at Pfizer, including Relationship Manager for Operations Support Services and Director of Business Systems & Processes. Prior to Pfizer, Terry held significant roles at Wyeth Biotech and Hospira, with a strong foundation in supply chain and manufacturing IT management developed during a career that began at Abbott Laboratories. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business & Economics from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and an AS in Computer Science from Fayetteville Community College.
